一、基本情况

教授,博士生导师,万人计划创新领军人才,国家杰出青年基金获得者,百千万人才工程国家级人选,三晋学者,全国优秀博士论文获得者,洪堡学者。1996年山西师范大学获学士学位,1999年内蒙古大学获理学硕士学位。1999年师从陈小明教授(中国科学院院士)攻读博士,2002年6月获中山大学理学博士学位。2003年4月获德国 “洪堡”奖学金资助,在海德堡大学做博士后研究工作,2004年6月返回山西师范大学工作。同年,博士论文被评为 “全国优秀博士学位论文”,2005年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”,2007年获 “山西省五一奖章”和“山西省333人才”,2008年获“中国化学会青年化学奖”并入选“山西省高等院校拔尖创新人才”。2009年获“国家杰出青年基金资助” 2010年获国务院特殊津贴。2011年,作为团队带头人,带领“分子磁性与磁性材料团队”入选教育部创新团队。2013年入选万人计划中“国家中青年科技创新领军人才”,同时被评为“百千万人才工程”国家级人选。

研究兴趣涉及分子磁体、金属簇链基配位聚合物和原位配体反应,主持国家杰出青年科学基金、国家自然科学基金面上和青年项目、973子课题等项目、教育部新世纪优秀人才基金、全国优秀博士学位论文作者专项基金、霍英东教育基金、山西省自然基金和山西省回国留学人员基金等多项国家和省部级基金,以第一作者或通讯作者在J.Am. Chem. Soc, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Mate.,Chem. Mater.,Coord. Chem. Rev.,J. Catal., Chem. Commun., ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, Inorg. Chem.等期刊发表研究论文130余篇,发表论文被他人引用5000多次,单篇论文被引超过100次的论文10篇。《配合物控制合成与晶体工程方法基础研究》获得国家自然科学二等奖(排名5)、《配位化合物的水热合成中的原位配体反应》获山西省科学技术奖一等奖(排名1)和中国化学会青年化学奖(个人)。
